1mcpserver
What is this MCP
This MCP server acts as a "MCP of MCPs" - it automatically discovers, configures, and manages other MCP servers on your machine (both local and remote). Instead of manually installing individual MCP servers, you install this single server, which then handles finding relevant servers based on your needs, selecting appropriate ones, and configuring them for use with your AI assistant.
How to use this MCP
You can use this MCP in three ways: 1) Remote setup (simplest) using the hosted endpoint at mcp.1mcpserver.com, 2) Local prebuilt setup via Docker, npx, or uvx, or 3) Local from source by cloning the repository. After setup, configure your MCP client (Cursor, Claude Desktop, Gemini CLI, or Codex) by adding the server configuration to your client's config file. Once configured, you can ask your AI assistant to use tools like deep_search to find and configure relevant MCP servers for specific tasks.
What this MCP can be used for
This MCP is designed to streamline the MCP server ecosystem by automating server discovery and configuration. It can be used for: finding relevant MCP servers for specific tasks (like payments, file management, or API integrations), automatically configuring discovered servers with proper settings, managing multiple MCP servers through a single interface, and enabling AI assistants to dynamically access appropriate tools based on user requests without manual server setup.
