Documentation

name: creative-calendar description: Plan creative production schedule by assessing current inventory, identifying gaps by angle and format, scheduling production priorities, and allocating resources. Use for monthly planning, coordinating creative teams, or ensuring consistent content output.

Creative Calendar

Plan and schedule creative production.

Process

Step 1: Assess Current Creative Inventory

Inventory Audit:

  • Active winners (still performing)
  • Testing creatives (in flight)
  • In production (being made)
  • Retired (fatigued/failed)

Categorize By:

  • Angle/concept
  • Format (video/static/carousel)
  • Hook type
  • Avatar targeted
  • Platform optimized

Step 2: Identify Gaps

Gap Analysis:

  • Which angles haven't been tested?
  • Which formats are underrepresented?
  • Which avatars lack content?
  • Which platforms need optimization?

Seasonal Gaps:

  • Upcoming holidays/events
  • Seasonal relevance opportunities
  • Trend-based content needs

Performance Gaps:

  • Angles that need refreshing
  • Winners needing variations
  • Failing areas needing new approaches

Step 3: Schedule Production Priorities

Priority Framework:

  1. Variations of winners (lowest risk, highest ROI)
  2. New hooks on proven angles
  3. New angles based on learnings
  4. Experimental/innovative concepts
  5. Seasonal/timely content

Production Cadence:

  • Weekly: [X] new variations
  • Bi-weekly: [X] new concepts
  • Monthly: [X] major productions

Step 4: Allocate Resources

Resource Types:

  • Internal creative team
  • UGC creators
  • Founder/expert shoots
  • Stock/AI generation
  • Editing capacity

Capacity Planning:

  • Team member hours available
  • Creator slots available
  • Budget for production
  • Timeline constraints

Step 5: Output Production Calendar

Production Best Practices

Velocity Over Perfection:

  • Volume of testing matters
  • Good enough > perfect but late
  • Iterate based on data

Winner Multiplication:

  • 10+ variations of each winner
  • New hooks, same body
  • New body, same hooks
  • Different creators, same script

Balance Innovation and Iteration:

  • 70% iterations of proven concepts
  • 20% new angles based on data
  • 10% experimental/wild cards

Meta

This Claude Skill creates original algorithmic art using p5.js with seeded randomness and interactive parameters. It generates .md files for algorithmic philosophies, plus .html and .js files for interactive generative art implementations. Use it when developers need to create flow fields, particle systems, or other computational art while avoiding copyright issues.

subagent-driven-development

Development

This skill executes implementation plans by dispatching a fresh subagent for each independent task, with code review between tasks. It enables fast iteration while maintaining quality gates through this review process. Use it when working on mostly independent tasks within the same session to ensure continuous progress with built-in quality checks.

executing-plans

Design

Use the executing-plans skill when you have a complete implementation plan to execute in controlled batches with review checkpoints. It loads and critically reviews the plan, then executes tasks in small batches (default 3 tasks) while reporting progress between each batch for architect review. This ensures systematic implementation with built-in quality control checkpoints.

This Claude Skill helps developers optimize cloud costs through resource rightsizing, tagging strategies, and spending analysis. It provides a framework for reducing cloud expenses and implementing cost governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Use it when you need to analyze infrastructure costs, right-size resources, or meet budget constraints.
